This annual charity event’s acclaimed wine pairing dinner, silent and live auctions enjoy the reputation as a connoisseur and collector’s dream, providing an opportunity to appraise exquisite wines and bid on exciting live auctioned wines and more!. Guests travel for hundreds even, thousands of miles to be included in the exciting occasion and to revel in the Vail Valley’s beauty.
The proceeds from the event are dedicated to provide opportunities for further education. This year’s main beneficiary is the Colorado Mountain College - Culinary Arts Program. A new culinary educational kitchen is under construction at the new high school in Edwards. The money raised will be used to outfit the kitchen as well increase the college’s culinary scholarship fund. The new kitchen will be shared by the culinary students of CMC as well as the high school’s National Restaurant Association ProStart Program which offers an education to junior and senior high school students desiring a career in the hospitality industry.

This year’s event is being held in conjunction with the Beaver Creek Resorts Food & Spirits Festival. The Festival will be kicked off with the Vail Valley Wine Auction and Celebrity Chef Dinner. A sellout every year it has been held, the Thursday night's dinner features delectable food and wine perfectly paired by three of Vail Valley’s top chefs and two of the world’s renowned, celebrity chefs. And if the silent auction and five pairings are not enough, the live auction is always a thrill! Large bottles and verticals are just part of the once-in-a-lifetime wine offerings that will hit the auction block! These brilliant and world-class chefs and wines should not be missed!
